We’re so excited to invite you to our Newcomer Luncheon on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 12:30 PM in Plumer Hall. 🍽️This is a relaxed and friendly gathering where we can connect, share stories, and get to know one another. You’ll hear a little bit about Irvine United Congregational Church and what makes our community special. 🌈
We’ll also take some time to share a bit of our faith journeys with one another. At IUCC, we believe that everyone’s story matters. Wherever you may be on your journey of faith—full of questions, certainty, doubt, discovery, or somewhere in between—you are welcome here. 💬✨
For those who may ultimately be interested in joining the church, we offer three gatherings where you can learn more about IUCC, the United Church of Christ, and what it means to be in covenant together as a congregation. The Newcomer Luncheon is the first of these gatherings.
There’s absolutely no pressure or expectation. This is simply an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about our community. 🤝
For convenience, you are also welcome to attend our smaller, more contemporary worship service at 11:15 AM and then join us immediately afterward for lunch. We would love to begin the day together in worship in the sanctuary before gathering around the table. ⛪✨
