Join Pakistani host Samina to learn about the spice profiles of the ancient cultural center of Lahore. She will share how she makes her special blends that will flavour her Pink ChaiTea, Chaat Salad with tamarind chutney and coriander yogurt sauce, Beef and Vegetarian Kotfa kebabs in spiced tomato curry served with rice and a seasonal salad and an absolutely delicious creamy cardomon carrot halva pudding with pistachios for dessert (spoiler alert: it's addictive). The workshop is held in the lovely, newly renovated Newcomer Kitchen workshop space in top floor century loft in downtown Toronto with easy access to the TTC.
