You can now book onto our September City Ladies Networking breakfast, held as usual at Newcastle Gateshead Hilton.

This session will feature an incredible spotlight, Sarah Seed.
Sarah Seed mentors women to gain clear direction in their purpose, build confidence in their unique gifts and step into their feminine power to create meaningful, heart-centred work.

In her talk, Sarah will explore what often holds sensitive and empathic women back from fully stepping into their potential. Her talk looks at how self-doubt, fear, comparison, emotional overwhelm and impostor syndrome can quietly disconnect women from their inner voice and sense of direction.

Drawing on personal experience and insight into the nervous system and emotional patterns of highly sensitive women, Sarah shares practical ways to reconnect with clarity, confidence and purpose. Her message reframes sensitivity not as a limitation but as a powerful strength when it is understood and supported.
