Jermaine Stone is the Emmy-nominated host of Street Somm, host of the Wine and Hip Hop Show, one of Wine Enthusiast's 40 Under 40 Tastemakers, and known to the wine world as the “Wolf of Wine.” Jermaine joins NYWC to guide you through a unique tasting experience to discover the parallels between wine regions and hip-hop culture. Join us for a fun evening uncovering the shared language of terroir—both in the vineyard and on the streets.
This immersive session will feature:
- A tasting of several exceptional wines, with a breakdown of their terroir and how it shapes their flavors.
- An exploration of the elements that define the unique cultural identity of hip-hop regions, from beats to vernacular.
- A pairing of wines with hip-hop regions, blending two worlds through storytelling, music, and taste.
