Evergreen Community Group is thrilled to launch our new monthly series, Yoga With Erin, starting Friday, January 5th, from 6-8 PM in the cozy Yellow Classroom at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Grand Traverse (6726 Center Rd, Traverse City, MI 49686).
This class is all about nurturing your mind and body—no matter your experience level or shape. Erin will guide us through a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session designed to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. Expect soothing hot towels, calming essential oils, and soft, relaxing music to enhance your practice. Afterward, we’ll unwind together over tea and good conversation.
