All Welcome Yoga, supported by Satyam REACH, are offering a 'pay if you can' yoga class every Friday from 12:30 to 13:30.
Includes classic yoga poses, the yogic breath and short meditation.
The kind support from Satyam REACH, means we can offer this lunchtime class on a donation basis. Suggested donation is £5.
Please bring a mat (or let me know if you need one). A blanket or cushion for padding can also feel nice.
