Dress up is COMPULSORY!! Alcohol is not.Each competitor drinks four 350ml drinks and runs four laps (e.g. beer then 400m lap / beer then 400m lap / beer then 400m lap / beer then 400m lap).
Drinks must be consumed and finished before the lap is begun, within the transition area which is the 10 meter zone before the start/finish line on a 400m track.
To be eligible for the podium drinks must be full strength (4.5%). Mid strength, zero%, soda water, milk, whatever you like can still participate and join in the fun!
All cups will be filled to 350ml so bring 5 cans/bottles if they are less in volume. (Cups will be supplied).

Discharge of any previously consumed drink incurs a penalty lap at the end of the race (immediately after the completion of their 4th lap).
Prizes awarded for best dressed and top 3 quickest beer miler.
End of year BRR presentations also.
Last year we stayed at Finemores and watched the 8pm fireworks. Aeroguard will be provided. Plenty of food options nearby or bring an esky to keep yourself sustained!
