A dance practice where we move together through connection, weight, and shared momentum. No fixed choreography and no experience needed, just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to explore new possibilities in the body.

-Ice breaking, Grounding & Warm-Up, Gently land in the space, tune into your body, and leave the old year on the side.
-Intro to Contact Improvisation, Simple guidance for beginners and a soft re-entry for returning dancers.
-Open Dance Jam, Follow your impulses, dance your intentions for the new year, and share movement with others.
-Music, Supportive, spacious, and playful to invite both reflection and celebration.
