Life can get stressful: Work, kids, family, finances, politics...You name it! And guess who is keeping the burden of all the unprocessed stress being triggered: Your nervous system.
Is your Nervous system in need of support? Could it be dysregulated? Ask yourself...

- Psychosomatic exercises including awareness, movement, safe touch, neurogenic tremoring, and deep rest- to complete old stress cycles and help restore your system

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Maria Marcano is a Somatic Burnout Recovery Coach for women and a trauma-educated yoga and breathwork teacher specializing in applications of Polyvagal Theory (health of the autonomic nervous system). She brings over 12 years of experience in helping people recover from stress, fatigue, and emotional challenges caused by our busy lifestyles and unprocessed stress and emotions.
Her accreditations include Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification, Polyagal Theroy Applications to Mind-body Modalites Certification, Somatic Parts Certification, Internal Family Systems Educated Coaching, EFT Certified Practitioner, Meditation and Mindfulness Guide, Integrative Nutrition Certification and Breathwork Facilitator Certification by Max Strom.
