Welcome to the New Year Mindfulness Challenge! I'm so excited to welcome you to this transformative experience, to build community with you, and to support you in your mindfulness journey. Forget "new year, new you" or resolutions - this is the year to prioritize your mental health and well being.
For the first 3 weeks of 2024, we’ll explore different mindfulness practices, breath-work, journaling, and community to build transformative habits and launch an at-home meditation practice.
What’s included?
- Daily email throughout the program with a guided meditation and a journal prompt. (Meditations are between 5-20 minutes, so totally accessible for you and your busy life)
- Weekly live meditation and coaching calls to answer your questions, inspire and support you (Thursdays January 4, 11, and 18 at 4 pm EST) - If you can't make these times, that's ok - you'll still get the lesson, journal prompt, and meditation for the day.
- A group WhatsApp for sharing insights and building community
- Daily accountability check ins, and follow up accountability opportunities after the program wraps
- Downloadable mindfulness journal pages
- Surprise freebies along the way!
