In Belgium I was part of an "ice woman" community and I want to create something similar here, now that I moved to Torrox Costa. But I'm open to everyone (male, females, and even children can join if they want)!This event is available for everyone who is interested to learn something more about cold exposure. Experienced or not, everyone can learn it, and is welcome for free!
Before we go into the cold, I'll explain you how to breath and how to calm down your nervous system.
We do a bit of warm-up exercises before we go into the water (will not take more than a few minutes).
Afterwards we do some more warming up exercises and we have a small talk about our day and get to know each other.
You can bring something from your home like a blanket to sit on, candle lights for the coziness, some crystals, affirmation cards, warm tea to share,... whatever you want!
And of course don't forget to bring a towel and warm clothes for afterwards.
We meet at 18:30 at "Playa Chica", from the bar "Entre Vientos" you need to follow the stairs down to the beach. It's next to the "mirador" from Torrox. Contact me if you don't know where it is.
