What we do: Sound is a sacred force, carrying the power to awaken, heal, and transform. Through kirtan and mantra meditation, we open ourselves to divine connection through vibration and sacred sound. As we listen deeply and receive the mantra, we then offer our own voices in return, allowing the sound to flow through us and unite into a shared resonance that fills the space with peace and devotion.
Rooted in ancient spiritual traditions and practiced for thousands of years in India, this heart-opening form of meditation transcends time. The sacred and healing vibrations of the Maha Mantra gently dissolves imbalance and restores harmony within the mind, body and spirit.
