About this Event
On New Year's Eve we will gather for a mindful afternoon of concious connection, self care, introspection and reflection.
Through sharing, journaling practices, guided meditation, and rituals we will reflect on the passing year and share in our gratitude for all we have achieved, how we have grown and the memories and moments we want to mark, remember and or celebrate. We will take time to let go of all that no longer serves us as we step into the new year, and set intentions for the coming New Year.
With gratitude and love as our focus we will aim to re-balance, ground, and relax through an afternoon of conscious connection, journaling and reflection, gentle movement and meditations, closing with a heart opening and grounding Sound Bath to send you floating into 2026.

This space was created out of a desire to welcome the new year in a more conscious and intentional way. I love new years eve it has always felt to me like a moment of magic, a day where people across the world gather and pause to mark the closing of one chapter and the opening of a new one, there's a magic in that, the sense of being connected to millions of people around the globe, all reflecting and celebrating together.
However as I've grown older, entered my 30s and no longer drink, I no longer feel aligned with the idea of going out and partying to welcome the new year. If I'm honest even in my drinking and partying days It always felt like something was lacking, like this moment was sliding by without proper awareness or intention.
And so 4 years ago, I decided to create a space for people like me to come together and mark this moment together.
A space where we can acknowledge all that has passed in the last 12 months. A space where we can truly and authentically connect with like-minded people, where we can reflect on, celebrate, grieve, remember, be proud of, forgive, let go, all that we need to to close out this chapter. And perhaps plant some new seeds of intention to begin to tend to in the spring.

What to bring:
*Pease bring your favorite mug for tea.
*A journal and pen
*water bottle
*OPTIONAL - Extra layers/blankets/cushions you would like to be cosy.
*OPTIONAL - Anything special you would like to add to the altar: flowers, crystals, talismans.

What to wear:
Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in. Dress cosy and warm.
*This event is Non-refundable.

Please aim to arrive 10- 15 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.
Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 2.35 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
