As we bid farewell to 2024, let’s mindfully welcome the New Year together in community at Lighthouse Yoga, for an uplifting and transformative New Year’s Eve event—a tradition we cherish!
This year’s theme is powerful and meaningful: CREATING NEW SPACE. Together, we’ll cultivate the headspace and heart space needed to identify our deepest desires and manifest them in the year ahead.
Katy will open the evening with a GONG BATH to wash away the energies of the past year, clear the space, and connect us to our higher selves. What are you ready to release?
Next, Hardev and Gurucharan from the School of Cosmic Consciousness will guide us through a profound KUNDALINI MEDITATION to connect with our soul’s deepest desires for 2025. This will be followed by a one-hour TANTRIC TAROT READING to reveal paths of self-discovery and gather the tools needed to manifest our intentions. What will your vision be?
As the evening draws to a close, DJ TranscenDance (Val) will lead us in EMBODIED MOVEMENT, guiding energy through the body’s subtle pathways to create spaciousness in the physical realm. Weaving ancient wisdom of yoga and tantra with modern sound and neuroscience, these multidimensional soundscapes provide the vibrational frequencies necessary to release limiting patterns and embrace your highest potential.
It’s more than a party—it’s a journey toward the future YOU want to create. Ground yourself, center your mind, and ignite your purpose for 2025!
The studio has a (limited) number of yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows. Feel free to bring your own comfy essentials (and water/herbal tea with a closed lid). Please bring a journal and your own tarot deck – if you have one (fun to have on hand, but totally optional).
We’ll provide tea and light snacks at the end. Plan to stay a little bit longer after the event if you want/have time to connect and share.
