Doors will close at 7:55 p.m. to enter into a sacred and safe container for the evening.

Welcome! 7 pm-7:15 pm: Welcoming, Gathering, Chai, chocolate, snacking

Part 1

7.15 pm- 7:45 pm-: Flow yoga (Optional)

7.55 pm-11 pm: Breath Circle

Part 11

11.11 pm-11.50 pm: Slow Movement/ dance (Optional)

11.50pm-midnight: Ceremony and Togetherness ( Circle of Light )

Midnight onward - Welcome to the New Year! Practice Presence, love, smiles, and service - :)

Note:

1. Bring a notebook, a pen something to write in and with.
2. Bring some healthy food, snack, dessert, and drink to share (No meat or Alcohol)
   There will be some Chocolate, Chai, and a light dinner/food (soup, etc) to celebrate !!!
