• Lobster Tail – Served with a fennel salad of fresh dill, shaved fennel, parmesan, pine nuts, and olive oil, finished with dill pesto.
• Beef Cheek, Foie Gras & Mushroom Ravioli – Handmade ravioli filled with braised beef cheek & homemade foie gras, served with Maitake mushrooms, finished with Albufera sauce.

Covenants: I will follow any and all instructions, recommendations, and cautions of the trainers at all times during the activity. I will perform the activity in a safe manner, respecting my personal physical limits. I will not participate in the activity under the influence of any alcohol or illegal drugs, or any intoxicant, narcotic, prescription medicine, or other substance which could impair my ability to safely engage in the activities.
Transfer of image rights: By means of this document, I authorize the use by Yurbban Hospitality Group, Amalia Miami & Lennox Hotels Miami Beach of the image rights on photographs and videos, as well as the right of reproduction, public communication, transformation, distribution and its use in social media platforms and corporate websites, without further compensation or permission.
