See out the year in true Barossa style with a premium five course menu and a glass of champagne on arrival, all inside the relaxed elegance of our 1918 homestead and garden.Your evening begins with Coffin Bay oysters, served natural and with a raspberry mignonette, followed by venison carpaccio and seared venison loin with pickled heirloom beetroot, crispy parsnips, capers and parmesan.
Next comes confit pressed pork belly with crackling and seared Shark Bay scallop on celeriac puree with caramelised shallot and port wine jus, then sous vide Wagyu eye fillet with slipper lobster, beetroot and potato pavé, wilted kale and café de Paris butter.
To finish, warm poached peach in rosemary syrup with vanilla crème pâtissière, shortbread crumb, champagne jelly and cherry gel.
