This Year's Menu:
Course 1: Butter Poached Prawns
Risotto alla Milanese topped with Butter Poached Prawns and Reggiano Crisp.
Course 2: Winter Greens Salad
Mixed Greens, candied pecans, crumbled goat cheese, dried cranberries,
and champagne citrus vinaigrette, finished with lemon and orange micro garnish.
Course 3: Raspberry Sorbet
Bright raspberry sorbet topped with edible gold leaf.
Course 4: Cabernet Braised Alberta Beef
Served with white cheddar & herb mashed potatoes, beet purée, roasted asparagus and baby carrots, shimeji & cremini mushroom sauté, finished with a red wine jus reduction.
Course 5: New York Style Cheesecake
Creamy cheesecake topped with gold-leaf dark chocolate bark, raspberry whipped cream, and chocolate drizzle.
Party with Suite 33, enjoy midnight Champagne, and satisfy late-night cravings with a fun late-night snack -all for just $99 per person!
