We’ll begin with a slow, intentional yoga flow designed to help you release physical tension and reconnect to your breath, along with restorative postures. This mindful movement sets the stage for deeper reflection and intention-setting. Following practice, you’ll be guided through meditation and journaling using a custom workbook to explore what you’re ready to release and what you hope to cultivate in the year ahead.
Our closing ritual, the Burning Bowl Ceremony, offers a sacred space to let go. In a circle of community, you’ll symbolically release what no longer serves you by offering it to the fire. As your written words transform to ash, so too can the old patterns, doubts, or fears you’re ready to leave behind.
Each participant will receive energetic tools to take home as a tangible reminder of their commitment to personal growth and transformation.
