About this Event
What is your vision for 2026? Who you are and what you want for yourself is not determined by what is happening in the world around you or external circumstances. Your life is determined by YOU! Come join me for a few hours to reflect on what you envision for yourself in this upcoming new year. This New Year's Day workshop includes a one-hour restorative yoga practice and guided meditation intended on creating space for you to visualize your desires for 2026, followed by a healthy lunch or dinner while you create your Vision Board for 2026. Vision Board supplies are provided, but you may bring your own too if there are specific items, pictures, or ideas that you want to include. This is a perfect event to share with friends or family. No prior yoga experience is needed. Start 2026 with a clear vision for your upcoming year and know that you are worthy of all you desire.

4pm-8pm
Cost:
$80 and tickets must be purchased by 12/31/25.
Space is limited to 14 participants for each workshop.
This workshop will be led by known Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist, Jennifer Silliman (LCSW-C, C-IAYT, RYT500), founder of Chrysalis Yoga.
