We're excited to be able to once again offer the annual New Year’s Day Sadhana and Kirtan! What better way to ring in the new year than to offer up the fruits of these beautiful spiritual practices to all beings?
We will start off with an all-encompassing practice that exercises the eight limbs of yoga, taught according to the methods of living yoga master, Sri Dharma Mittra.
Then, we will continue with a kirtan featuring the OMBuds and other kirtan wallahs from the region.
We will follow this up with a vegetarian (preferably vegan) potluck; we invite you to bring a plant based dish to share.
We hope very much that you will join us…but please be sure to reserve your spot soon, as space is rather limited!
✪ Cost for Total Experience: $40 (Pre-registration is required. Please send your registration request to <ombudssharethelove>; your registration will be confirmed upon payment, which can be done via e-transfer to this address as well. The kirtan is included in the price.)
✪ Cost for Kirtan Only: Cash donation ($20 suggested amount), payable at the door.
✪ NOTE: All proceeds will be directed to the Mental Health Commission of Canada, in support of those living with mental health issues, both victims and their loved ones.
