We invite you to an afternoon retreat to welcome in the New Year with intention on Wednesday, January 1 from 1pm to 5pm, with Terry de la Vega, Jenna Joya Blondel, and Kelly Newman, at Trillium.Give yourself the gift of time and community as we begin the new year. Enjoy centering meditation, breath work, Yoga Nidra guided meditation, and creating a vision board for your intentions for 2025. Materials will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your old magazines, calendars, etc., to add to the mix of images for the group. Light refreshments will be served. Fee $50.
