We will start off the new year with a music mix worthy of holding space for movement within a sanctuary. As the instrumental tracks cross genres it remains threaded together by a deep and reverent spirit, intended to help you reflect, dream and physically move into the newness of the beginning of the year. Ecstatic Dance is a movement practice, and while held in community it is also simultaneously your own personal journey with the music as a support and guide.
No "dance" experience is necessary. This is a free-form, somatic, meditative practice where every breath is movement.
