Come join Yoga Teacher Amy Baack for a special New Year's Day Donation Outdoor Yoga event outdoors on the private Point Loma Marina lawn to celebrate the New Year! Let's gather together to practice and celebrate this first day of 2025. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, come flow with us in front of this epic waterfront view!
This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Hatha flow yoga class. It's the perfect balance of feel-good stretching and strengthening.

Goodie Bags: THE FIRST 20 STUDENTS TO ARRIVE WILL RECEIVE A SURPRISE SWAG BAG FEATURING AWESOME SAMPLES FROM LOCAL WELLNESS BRANDS!
*Suggested Donation: $10-20 (pay what you can, not required), accepted via cash or Venmo
Bring a yoga mat, a towel for under your mat (the ground can get wet), sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam! Select Jimmy's Famous American Tavern (4990 North Harbor Drive) in your GPS. There is abundant parking available in the lots in front of Jimmy's (only $1.50/hr, easily pay with your phone using the signs throughout the lot).
