Welcome in the New Year with rejuvenating energy and mindful movement in our special New Year's Candlelight Yoga Mala class.Join Heather for 108 Sun Salutations, a sacred practice that symbolizes new beginnings, unity, and the cycle of life. This invigorating class is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.
Each participant will receive a small piece of paper to inscribe their "word of the year" —a guiding mantra for the year ahead. During class we'll focus on our word to infuse our moving meditation with intention and purpose.
Modifications will be offered throughout the class to ensure accessibility for practitioners of all levels. Students are encouraged to take breaks and to customize the experience—whether completing a quarter, half, or the full Mala.
Start the year on your mat, surrounded by a community of like-minded yogis and the glow of candlelight as we collectively celebrate turning the page to a fresh new year.
