I started offering this many years ago now, and it has become a favourite annual tradition and one of the events I most look forward to every year! 🫶Gift yourself a sacred pocket of time & space to pause during the busy holiday season, nourish your body & mind, and step into the new year with clarity, intention & more light ✨
We gather together at one of my favourite countryside venues (about 30 minutes from Exeter) for a beautiful morning of deeply nourishing practices, reflection & connection. We move, breathe, meditate, journal, celebrate, enjoy delicious food courtesy of Polly Nostimo's Little Greek Kitchen … and create all sorts of magic! 💫

Time: 10:30am-2:30pm (Practices from 10:30-1:30, with lunch to follow)
Investment: £55 per person
