Move your body with an energizing, fun yoga flow led by Morgan Zion at the W Seattle. Join us for an uplifting class that blends community, positivity, and inspiration. Together, we'll stretch, strengthen, and set powerful intentions for the year ahead.
After class, stay for fresh pressed juices and snacks provided to keep the good vibes going. Mats, blocks, and water will be provided by our amazing partner at Vuori, but feel free to bring your own.
This is the perfect way to move into the new year with motivation and connection—let’s kick off 2025 with purpose and positivity!
