New Year Prep Workshop
Release 2024 --- Embrace 2025
This is NOT about Resolutions!
11:30-1:30 Release 2024
We will use a combination of writing, meditation, release exercises and energy work to close out the 2024 calendar year. You will have a sense of clarity about what 2024 brought you and you will have a clear understanding regarding the personal growth you experienced in 2024. No matter your ups and downs this past year, you will end this part of the workshop in deep honor of yourself.
1:30-2:00 Snack Break
2:00-4:00 Embrace 2025
We will use a combination of creativity, affirmations, meditation and energy work to prepare ourselves for the new year. We will create our own "2025 Booklet" to help guide us through the coming year. By the end of this portion of the workshop you will be ready to step into 2025 with a sense of positivity and confidence.
New Year's Eve - You will take home with you a small "ceremony package" to perform on New Year's Eve night.
Bring a notebook and pen. Bring food for the Snack Break. Bring an Open Mind and
Heart.
$190 per person (This includes supplies for your "ceremony package", your "2025 booklet" and your activities.)
