This intimate and connecting, healing session is a wonderful way to start your new year.January is named after Janus, the Roman god of beginnings, endings, doorways, and transitions. Janus is often depicted with two faces, one looking to the past and the other to the future. The Romans would give gifts and make promises to Janus to forgive them for the past and bless them for the year ahead.
We will be asking for guidance from Janus’s magic to read our oracle cards. We will also do a meditation to clear our karma and leave our karmic baggage behind.
Your host Anya, is a Shala yoga and reiki Teacher. She’s a Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master and a shamanic student of Alberto Villoldo, a world renowned shaman.
What to wear: Please feel free to dress in what makes you feel comfortable and beautiful.
Please bring: a journal, bottle of water, mat, bolster or anything else you’d like to sit on. You’re welcome to bring a stone or any other special object you’d like to hold or put on an altar.
5:30-7pm at Shala Living Yoga. Please try to arrive by 5:25 so we can lock the doors at 4pm and start on time.
