By the second week of January, the christmas tree has gone, my dry Jan is out of the window and I’m burnt out by all of my new resolutions.
What would it be like to not see yourself as a project that needs to be elevated, at least for just a few hours?
Retreat at Soul Bank for 2 practices of yoga (vinyasa and yin with embodied expression), a light bite to eat and some sister circle sharing.
Feel free to bring an offering for the space - something sacred to you - this could be a trinket, crystal, photo etc.
