Whether you’re rebuilding consistency, seeking motivation beyond diet culture, or craving a supportive community, this series will help you find your rhythm again.January 4 – Kickoff Workshop: Setting Your Foundation
Start the year with intention—not pressure. In this first session, you’ll be guided through reflective prompts and tools to clarify what you want from movement this season: joy, energy, strength, connection, or simply presence. We’ll explore what consistency can look like without rigidity and identify ways to stay accountable with compassion, not guilt. You’ll leave with a personalized movement intention plan rooted in your unique goals, values, and lifestyle.
January 11 & January 25 – Reflection + Support Workshops
Stay connected and supported as you put your intentions into practice. These follow-up sessions offer space to check in on your experiences, celebrate progress, and navigate any barriers that come up along the way. Expect opportunities for form and alignment support for fitness and yoga movements, small group discussions, and gentle guidance for adapting movement to meet your evolving needs.
Participants will receive a Reclaiming Movement Reflections Packet—filled with journaling prompts and affirmations to keep you inspired between sessions.
You can also opt into a buddy or small group pairing for added accountability and encouragement (think movement dates, shared reflections, and mutual cheerleading).
