About this Event
Join Heidi for an evening of deep rest and nourishment as she guides us through a healing sound journey using the magical frequencies of the gong, crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes.
Though we are still in the depths of winter January can be a beautiful time to set gentle intentions for the coming year.
Our evening will be led with intention and care, beginning with a short guided meditation, giving you a moment to connect to the current energies and allow you to fully sink into the present moment, letting any stress from your week melt away and taking time to set your intentions for the coming year before you sink into true relaxation through a heavenly sound bath.
No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do for this session is relax and allow Heidi to guide you.
A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release. Allowing the sonic sounds and frequencies to bring you to a true state of bliss.

Dress comfy and cosy.
Feel free to bring a journal to write down your intention if you feel called.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.
Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.40 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
