This unforgettable afternoon is a collaboration with True North Yoga, Strength with Ease, Jack Crawford Music, The Centre of Ki, and Cretacea Earth Based Therapies.
Crafted to facilitate deep release and meaningful intention. Your experience begins with a beautiful welcome ceremony by Carmen from Cretacea for a sense of place and grounding in, followed by a visioning and intention setting workshop with Trish from Strength with Ease.
Then flow into embodying your intention for the year through 108 Sun Salutations with Tanya from True North Yoga to LIVE MUSIC by Jack Crawford. This yoga practice includes the option to follow Trish alternating between Sun Salutations & Meditation and is a practice traditionally taken at times of transition. Embody your intention for the year, release things that no longer serve, deeply cleanse, and emerge refreshed and renewed.
Then drop deeply into a Sound Bath Yoga Nidra where the harmonious sounds of crystal singing bowls, carefully curated therapeutic sounds, and woven guitar and vocal harmonies will envelop you in a cocoon of tranquillity for deep rest, release, and rejuvenation.
This is a reflective, physical, and auditory journey of transformation.
Lastly, replenish with soul nourishing food by Tanya from True North Yoga and Leah from Centre of Ki (with recipes for you to take home) - enjoy good food, good company, and community together.
