Class is held at the big round spot beyond the Osprey St/Sunset Cliffs 2nd parking area south of Adair St. If you pass Osprey St you just missed us!!!
I am one of the founding teachers of the Yoga on the Cliffs movement. For more than 15 years I’ve hosted donation based classes on Saturdays for my friends, followers, fans and SD community. All are welcome! Under 18 must bring a guardian. Children if they can sit still and be quiet and/or practice with us are allowed. Yoga is for everyone. All levels practice. Modifications and Adjustments(with permission)will be given.
I’d love to share this Healing ❤️🩹 Class with all of you. My regular class repeats Saturdays and is a 1 hour Yoga class 10:30-11:30 am most Saturdays weather permitting!
PLEASE BRING:
1)Yoga Mat
2)Beach Blanket or towel for underneath
So you have more clean space to stretch out beyond your mat and mat stays clean!
3)Water, Sunscreen, Hat etc
4) Friends! The More the merrier!!!
5) Phone or Cash for Donations
$10-25 per person suggested. You are donating to our private businesses.
Life is expensive. You are welcome to come for free if you are hurting.
