1st Course
Lamb Meat Pie
Traditional Australian meat pie with slow roasted lamb shanks and vegetables incased in a flakey crust
2nd Course
Deconstructed New England Clam Chowder
Middle neck clams, steamed potatoes, clam noodles, pork belly, and a cream foam come together in this take on a classic soup
3rd Course
Tavern Wedge Salad
Crisp ice berg lettuce, gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans, thick cut bacon bits, and blue cheese dressing
4th Course
Your Choice of Filet Oscar or Coq Au Vin
Filet Oscar – Florida Cattle Ranchers Filet Mignon, Butter Poached Lobster, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Bearnaise, OR
Coq Au Vin – Chicken braised in Red Burgundy Wine with Mushrooms, Garlic and Carrots served with brown butter sage Yukon mashed potatoes

Then starting at 9:30pm it’s the festive and fun Bounty Bash! Dinner guests get priority admittance, and after 9:30pm open for all to enjoy! It’s a first come first serve basis and space is limited, so get here early!
