Step into a sanctuary of calm 💫 with this super slow-paced, 2-hour Deep Rest & Relaxation session designed to gently unwind the body and soothe the nervous system, setting you up for a blissful & calm start to the New Year💤😴
Soft candle light 🕯️creates a warm, tranquil atmosphere, in an oil infused scented 🌱room, as you move through slow techniques that release tension, and encourage the body to shift out of stress mode.
Guided, slow movement (Qigong), deep breathing and meditation practices help calm the mind and support the natural reduction of stress hormones, inviting a deeper sense of ease and balance 🫶
Throughout the session, you’ll experience scientifically proven techniques focused on relaxation, grounding, and inner stillness 😴
The class concludes with an extended deep-relaxation element, whilst imbibing a healing crystal-infused sound bath allowing your entire system to settle, restore, and rejuvenate.
A peaceful retreat for anyone seeking rest, replenishment, and a return to themselves.
