I am bringing together local people who support emotional wellbeing and mental health in our community. If you offer walk and talk support, counselling, draw and talk work, occupational therapy, talking therapy, coaching, mindfulness, peer support, creative arts approaches, youth work, family support, or any other form of emotional support locally, I would love to connect.Our first meet up will be held at The Zen Den in Old Town, Swindon on
***Wednesday 21st January, 7pm to 9pm***
It will be a relaxed space to share what you do, meet others, and begin building a supportive network that benefits our community.
This meet up is also a great opportunity for those working independently or in private practice. Working on your own can feel isolating at times. Coming together creates a sense of connection and support, helping us learn from each other, spark new ideas, and build relationships that make our day to day work feel lighter and more collaborative.
A strong local network also makes a real difference for the people we support. When we know and trust one another, we can signpost more confidently, offer smoother pathways, and provide a wider range of approaches that truly meet people where they are.
