WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip hop music. Our mission is to create a judgement free dance space with a supportive community. Dance Fusion was created for all fitness levels. We use low to high intensity intervals to create bursts of energy & burn calories. Dance Fusion is a total workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15-7:00 p.m.
$5 exact cash for members. $7 non-members for a 1 time pass. Membership$30-$40 for the entire year, includes a workout room. Come early to sign up for classes.
ages 50 & up
Wear comfy clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle.
