What we’ll do each week
* Warm-ups to open, align, and prepare the body
* Tai Chi walking to build stability, balance, and coordination
* Yang Style Long Form taught step by step
* Simple, practical theory to understand your “energy anatomy” and apply the practice for optimal wellbeing
