Have you ever thought about trying yoga but hesitated to join a mat class?Many people imagine needing to be flexible, strong, or experienced before stepping onto a yoga mat. The truth is, most people simply need a gentle place to start.
This 4-week Gentle Yoga Foundations Series is designed especially for beginners and those returning to yoga after time away.
Each week we will move slowly and build the basics step by step so you can feel comfortable and confident in your practice.
In this series you will learn:
✨ simple, accessible yoga poses
✨ ways to improve balance and gentle strength
✨ breathing techniques that help calm the body and mind
✨ how to modify poses so they work for your body
This class is perfect if you:
• are completely new to yoga
• feel stiff or out of practice
• want a slower, supportive learning environment
• have been curious about mat yoga but felt unsure where to begin
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. There is no pressure to perform poses perfectly, the focus is on moving safely, building confidence, and feeling better in your body.
By the end of four weeks, you will have the foundation and familiarity to continue mat yoga with confidence.

💫 Cost:
• $15 per class
• $50 for the full 4-week series (save $10)
💫 When:
• Tuesdays in April at Kimmerlings Grange 6:30-7:30 p.m.
💫 Equipment
• Water bottle and blanket are suggested, not required
• Mats available
