Teen Dance Program – Ages 12+ Looking for a place to move, connect, and express yourself through dance—without the pressure of performances or competitions? MCDM's Teen Dance Program is designed just for you! Each session offers a fresh style to explore, keeping things exciting, creative, and fun. No previous experience needed—just come as you are and discover the joy of dance in a supportive, low-stress environment.
What makes this program special?
-A welcoming space for teens who want to try dance at their own pace.
-Focus on confidence, self-expression, and teamwork.
-A chance to experience different dance styles throughout the year.
-No recital or performance requirement—dance purely for the joy of it!
Sessions - Wednesdays 6:45-7:30pm
-Session 1 (Dec 3rd–Feb 25th): Jazz & Dance Team Prep – High-energy, upbeat, and full of team spirit. Perfect for those who want to feel the fun of “dance team vibes” without the competition, or for those wanting to prepare for their school Dance Team try-outs!
-Session 2 (Mar 4th–May 20th): Ballet & Lyrical – Expressive and artistic, this session blends classic ballet lines with lyrical storytelling through movement.
Come for one session or join us for both—either way, you’ll gain new skills, friendships, and confidence. Please let us know if you are interested and we will get your spot saved for our first session beginning Wednesday, 3rd!
