The New River Jazz Band and Kiwanis Club of Beckley are partnering to raise money for the Kiwanis Club of Beckley's signature community project. We raise money in order to buy gifts for children in the foster care system here in the Southern West Virginia Area. Every $50 raised helps us to help a child who might otherwise not have a Christmas gift. We focus on one of the most underserved age groups during Christmas - ages 12 through 17.Please join us on Sunday, December 7th at 4:00 p.m. at United Methodist Temple in Beckley for a Christmas concert performed by the New River Jazz Band.
