After our recent poll, it was clear that Horwich is ready for a meet-up! I am so excited to announce that I’ll be trialing a monthly "Pop-Up Coffee & Meet" to bring Seen & Heard Fibro even closer to you.

📍 Where: Tesco Cafe, Horwich (Middlebrook)
This is a relaxed, "no-pressure" hour to grab a brew, have a chat, and meet others who truly "get it." Whether you’re having a flare day or a good day, you are so welcome.
I’ll still be running our usual two sessions a week in Westhoughton and our online Teams meets, but I can’t wait to see some new faces in Horwich!
