New Parents' Cafe: Tips on strengthening your relationship

Adjusting to life with a new baby can be one of the most joyful yet challenging experiences for couples.

So join me for this Cafe for new parents I have developed to help you and your partner stay connected and strengthen your relationship as you navigate parenting a new baby together.

The Café is an opportunity for you to talk to other parents and will cover the following topics:

• When we becomes us, adapting to life with a baby
• Talking through tiredness - communication skills for tired parents
• Sharing parenting duties without drama

• Practical Tools: I will share with you practical tools and techniques to help you manage conflict and strenghten your relationship and be able to answer any questions you may have.
• Supportive Environment: Share experiences and learn from other new parents

Who can join?

• This is free for any parent who lives in Somerset, UK - it is ideal if you come along together but if only one of you can make it, that is fine too.
• If you have children from 0-3years you are welcome to join.
