Join us for an inspiring conversation with Dr. R. Balasubramaniam (Dr. Balu) — development scholar, public policy advocate, and leadership educator — as he explores “A New Paradigm of Leadership” rooted in purpose, empathy, and human-centered values.
In this session, Dr. Balu will share insights from over four decades of grassroots experience and public policy work, drawing from his acclaimed book, Power Within: The Leadership Legacy of Narendra Modi. The discussion will illuminate how leaders can drive transformation by aligning inner purpose with societal impact — a perspective deeply relevant for today’s business, policy, and academic leaders.
The session will include a welcome speech by Dean Sameer Hasija and introduction by Srikrishna Sridhara Murthy (MBA’08J), CEO of Sattva Media & Consulting, followed by an engaging Q&A and book signing.

Transport
There is a nearby MRT station right next to the Asia Campus, called "One North Station". Take Exit A from the station, and you will be right beside INSEAD Asia Campus.
You can also use a taxi or other ride-hailing apps in Singapore. The three major ride-hailing services are GRAB, Gojek, and TADA. To book a taxi, you can use the Zig app. All these apps are available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Parking
There is limited parking available on campus. You may park at the nearby Fusionopolis (parking fees apply), which is less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

The dress code for the event is business casual.
