Bathe in the quiet energy of the new moon with a Yoga Nidra class, a guided journey into deep rest and gentle renewal, which is practiced lying down.As the moon begins its new cycle, you’ll be invited to release lingering tension and plant seeds of fresh intention, floating in a space between wakefulness and sleep.
Through soothing breathwork and mindful visualisations, this practice nurtures body, mind, and spirit, leaving you grounded, restored, and ready to embrace the subtle magic of new beginnings.
Also as the winter solstice draws near, nature itself slows and turns inward, reminding us of the power of stillness and rest. This dark, reflective season invites you to conserve energy, honouring your body’s natural need for deep restoration. Taking time to pause and nourish yourself during this period supports balance, renewal, and the quiet growth that blossoms with the returning light.
This class will start with mindful movement to prepare the physical layer of your being for rest. There will be time for intention setting and journaling along with a cup of herbal tea and light refreshments.
The session will also include a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, hand drum, RAV Vast drum, gong and Native American flute.
