New Moon Yoga, Journaling & Snacks — December Edition

December’s New Moon arrives at the end of a long year, offering a rare moment to reset, release, and gently prepare for a new cycle.
This special gathering combines intentional movement, breathwork, and an extended guided journaling session to help you find clarity, lightness, and emotional warmth before stepping into the holidays.

A grounding yet energising flow designed to balance the lower body and clear stagnation through hips, pelvis, and gentle twists.
Expect a mix of fluid transitions and dynamic sequences that help you release tension, reconnect with your breath, and awaken fresh energy for the new lunar cycle.

After yoga, we gather with Japanese snacks and warm tea for an extended reflective journaling session.
Writing during the New Moon engages both sides of the brain, supports emotional clarity, reduces stress, and helps you make sense of your inner landscape.

For this special end-of-year edition, you will receive:

• A New Moon journal (yours to take home)
• A purple crown-chakra pen designed to support reflection & intention
• A set of guided prompts to help you release the year and invite in what you want for the next cycle

Prompts include:
• How did you feel before the practice? And after?
• What are you ready to release before the new year?
• What qualities or intentions would you like to welcome into the next cycle?

This extended writing time allows space for deep clarity, gentle emotional reset, and a sense of calm that carries into the next day.
