Join us in sacred space to honor the New Moon in Taurus — a powerful portal for grounding, stability, and intentional growth.
Taurus is an earth sign rooted in slow, steady expansion, self-worth, and deep nourishment. This lunar moment invites us to soften, come back into the body, and plant seeds that are built to last. It’s about creating safety within, aligning with what truly matters, and trusting in the beauty of slow, sustainable growth.
We’ll gather in my beautiful sunroom — a warm, light-filled sanctuary that supports calm, presence, and deep grounding as we work with this steady, earthy energy.
We will begin with a short teaching on the New Moon in Taurus, exploring themes of:
✨ Grounding and nervous system regulation
✨ Self-worth and receiving
✨ Stability and long-term intentions
✨ Slowing down and trusting divine timing
✨ Creating comfort, beauty, and security
We’ll reflect on what you’re ready to cultivate, where you may be rushing or forcing, and how to plant seeds that can grow with patience and intention.
Next, we’ll move into a slow, grounding Hatha-style flow designed to reconnect you to your body and breath. Taurus energy is steady and embodied, so this practice will focus on:
🌿 Deep, mindful movement
🌿 Opening the hips and heart space
🌿 Releasing stored tension in the body
🌿 Cultivating strength through stillness
🌿 Anchoring into the present moment
After movement, we’ll transition into a restorative guided meditation and sound bath, supported by chakra-tuned singing bowls. These frequencies help:
🔹 Calm and regulate the nervous system
🔹 Release stress held in the body
🔹 Deepen feelings of safety and support
🔹 Strengthen self-worth and inner stability
🔹 Anchor intentions into the body and energy field
To close our circle, there will be time for journaling and reflection, allowing you to gently integrate your intentions and connect to what you’re ready to nurture moving forward.
This evening is an invitation to slow down, ground deeply, and align with the steady rhythm of your own growth.

• Crystal (optional — especially rose quartz, green aventurine, or smoky quartz)
