Our February New Moon Yoga & Snacks Gathering will take place on the New Moon itself.
Around the New Moon, many of us feel more tired, heavy, or unmotivated —
our energy naturally turns inward and slows down.
Through mindful, full-body movement, we’ll gently flush out stagnation,
release what we no longer need, and find lightness again —
both physically and emotionally 🌿
This practice focuses on grounding through the lower body — hips, pelvis, and legs —
while using twists and forward folds to support detoxification and nervous system balance.
A chance to slow down, reset, and prepare for the weeks ahead with a calmer, clearer energy.
