Yin Yoga is accessible for all body types and capacities; it is a restful practice which invites in stillness and surrender. No previous experience required!
Katie will guide a Sound Bath using mainly Tibetan Metal Singing Bowls that she has acquired on her many trips to India and Nepal, supplemented by other instruments from around the globe.
This workshop invites you into a deep restful state through gentle Yin postures, followed by a soothing Sound Bath to integrate and restore.
